Elliot Benjamin has Ph.Ds in mathematics and psychology, and has published four books and over 180 articles in the fields of humanistic and transpersonal psychology, philosophy/spirituality and awareness of cult dangers, parapsychology, the creative artist and mental disturbance, progressive politics, pure mathematics, and mathematics enrichment.

Elliot lives in Maine, is married, enjoys playing the piano, tennis, and ballroom dancing, and is currently a mentor and committee chair for Ph.D psychology students at Capella University.
